What you can expect

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding Malaysia public holidays
- Order cut-off
- Orders submitted before 5:00 PM are processed for dispatch by the next working day, subject to inventory readiness and order volume. Later orders are processed the following working day.
- New SKUs
- Newly received SKUs may need 1–2 working days for receiving, checking, system update and put-away before they are ready to ship.
- Stock records
- Every SKU, quantity and shelf location is recorded in our ERP + WMS.
- Packing video
- Packing can be recorded on video, so a wrong or missing item can be checked afterwards.
- Delivery times
- We arrange shipping efficiently, but exact delivery dates depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Is there a minimum order volume?
No minimum order quantity. Pricing depends on your operation and is set out in your quotation. Fixed or account charges may apply depending on the service arrangement.
How do I start?
Message us on WhatsApp or send the form below. We reply within 1 business day and prepare a quotation for your case (valid for 14 days). The proposal takes effect once you receive our account opening notification.
What happens when my stock arrives?
We receive, check, record and shelve it, capturing SKU, quantity and location in the system. Newly received SKUs may need 1–2 working days before they can ship.
Can I check my inventory?
Yes. Your stock is recorded in our ERP + WMS. A detailed monthly inventory report can be arranged if you need one.
How are returns handled?
Returns are received, inspected, photographed and recorded, then stored and shelved. Handling and courier return charges are set out in your quotation.
Which couriers can I use?
Three ways: we arrange the courier, you use your own courier account (for example EasyParcel), or you use platform logistics such as Shopee or Lazada.
What is the daily cut-off?
Orders submitted before 5:00 PM are processed for dispatch by the next working day, subject to inventory and order volume. We operate Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding Malaysia public holidays.
